Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing GabeAtkins.com for your shopping needs. I am dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping services. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully to understand my shipping processes, rates, and delivery times.

**1. Processing Time:**
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Typical products can be received about a week after making the order!

**2. Shipping Methods and Rates:**
I offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 to the USA for *most* of the products offered on my site. If you purchase multiple items, note that items could arrive at different dates and times. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Canadian shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. No Items will arrive from overseas. I believe in supporting our businesses here in the United States.

**3. International Shipping:**
I currently do not offer shipping to other countries outside of North America. For International shipping, you may want to check out my store on Etsy and if Etsy operates in your country, you can order from there directly. Please email me if you like to speak to discuss shipping to your country. Use the Contact Form.

**4. Order Tracking:**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 24-36 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

**5. Address Accuracy:**
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. It isn't fair to hold me responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

**6. Order Changes and Cancellations:**
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me using the contact form as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Unfortunately, Since most of the process is automated, cancellations are not possible at this time. I am sorry!

**7. Lost or Damaged Items:**
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

**8. Returns and Exchanges:**
Every item is made to order. As such, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges at this point. However, if there is something wrong with your order, I will do everything I can to make it right for you, including sending you a replacement, when appropriate, free of charge.
