Physical Products:

Physical products are made to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me, and I will make it right.

Digital Products:

Unless specifically noted, all purchases are final due to the nature of these products. However, if there are any issues or any defects please contact us for a replacement

Shipping Details and Processing Times:

For Physical products which require shipping, shipment is completed based on the selection chosen (when offered) at checkout (UPS/USPS). Please allow 1-7 business days for processing. However, most products are shipped within the next business day. Digital Products are available for download immediately upon completion of the payment.
