Made To Order Products

All Made To Order products are made to order. As such, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with the order, please reach out to me, and I promise to make it right.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products themselves, I can not accept returns, nor am I able to issue refunds for these products. If you have any issues with your digital product however, contact me and I will make it right.

Shipping

When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items I sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies I use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Commercial License

Digital Products are licensed to you for commercial use on PHYSICAL products only.

Free commercial use for up to 10 products per purchase! But, you can't resell or give away the original product. License is granted to be used only on physical products! For more than 10 products, you must purchase another copy of the digital product.
